Where do you deliver?+

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom. International shipping is coming soon.

How long does delivery take?+

Standard UK delivery is 3–5 working days. Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are usually dispatched the same day.

How much is shipping?+

Standard delivery is £3.99. It's free on all orders over £30.

Are your products vegan?+

5 of our 6 blends are vegan. The Sweet Cinnamon Pecans & Walnuts contains butter in the glaze and is therefore not vegan. All other blends are fully plant-based.

Do your products contain allergens?+

Yes — all Nutistry products contain tree nuts. Our products are made in a facility that handles multiple tree nut varieties. They are not suitable for anyone with a nut allergy. See our full Allergen Information page for per-product details.

Are your products gluten-free?+

Our products do not contain gluten ingredients, however they are made in a facility that may handle other food products. If you have coeliac disease or severe gluten sensitivity, contact us before ordering.

What are the best before dates?+

All products have a minimum of 3 months shelf life from dispatch. The best before date is printed on the back of each pouch.

Can I cancel or change my order?+

Orders can be cancelled or changed if they haven't been dispatched yet. Email hello@nutistry.co.uk immediately and we'll do our best to help. Once dispatched, you can return unopened items under our returns policy.

Can I return my order?+

Yes — you have 14 days to return unopened items for a full refund. See our Returns page for the full process.

Do you offer gift options?+

Yes — visit the Gifting page to see our gift sets. They work brilliantly as corporate gifts too. Contact us for bulk gifting enquiries.

Where are your products made?+

Our nuts are roasted and packed in the United Kingdom in small batches. Each batch is probe-verified to ensure consistent quality.
