About us

These terms govern your use of nutistry.co.uk and any purchase made through it. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Prices are inclusive of all applicable charges. No VAT is currently charged. We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards via Stripe.

An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product becomes unavailable or if an error in pricing is identified, in which case we will provide a full refund.

Delivery

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances outside our control.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title passes upon receipt of full payment.

Returns and refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason, except for perishable food items that have been opened.

To exercise your right to cancel, contact us at hello@nutistry.co.uk within 14 days of receipt. Unopened, sealed items may be returned for a full refund. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Subscriptions

A subscription is a monthly delivery of the pouch you choose, at the subscription price shown next to the Subscribe button. It renews automatically every month until you cancel. Your first payment is taken when you subscribe, then on the same date each month, using the card you subscribed with.

You can cancel at any time from your account (Account → Subscriptions → Manage billing / cancel). Cancelling stops all future renewals; the month you have already paid for is still delivered.

Your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 applies to your first delivery, as set out under Returns and refunds.

Allergens

All Nutistry products contain tree nuts. Our products are manufactured in a facility that handles multiple nut varieties. See our Allergen Information page for full details.

Intellectual property

All content on nutistry.co.uk — including text, images, branding, and design — is owned by Fatemi Consultancy Ltd (trading as Nutistry) and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Reviews and photos

When you submit a review or photo, you confirm it is your own honest opinion and that you own the photo or have permission to share it. You give us a free, non-exclusive licence to show it on nutistry.co.uk and our social channels, with the name you give. We check every review before it appears and may decline or remove any that are offensive, misleading, or not about the product.

If you believe something on our site infringes your copyright or other rights, email hello@nutistry.co.uk with a link to the content and why. We will review it and remove it promptly if the claim is valid.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our website is limited to the value of the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
