About us

These terms govern your use of nutistry.co.uk and any purchase made through it. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Prices are inclusive of all applicable charges. No VAT is currently charged. We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards via Stripe.

An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product becomes unavailable or if an error in pricing is identified, in which case we will provide a full refund.

Delivery

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances outside our control.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title passes upon receipt of full payment.

Returns and refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason, except for perishable food items that have been opened.

To exercise your right to cancel, contact us at hello@nutistry.co.uk within 14 days of receipt. Unopened, sealed items may be returned for a full refund. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Allergens

All Nutistry products contain tree nuts. Our products are manufactured in a facility that handles multiple nut varieties. See our Allergen Information page for full details.

Intellectual property

All content on nutistry.co.uk — including text, images, branding, and design — is owned by Fatemi Consultancy Ltd (trading as Nutistry) and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our website is limited to the value of the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
