The Nutistry roasting process

Roasted the week
you eat them.

Most flavoured nuts are built to survive a year on a shelf. Ours are built to taste of something — real spice blends you’d cook with at home, whole nuts, nothing engineered for shelf life over flavour.

Every batch is roasted in London in small runs, seasoned by hand, and packed the same week. Small-batch isn’t the marketing — it’s the method.

Why Nutistry Exists

I got tired of boring snacks.

It started with a kitchen experiment. A jar of mango habanero seasoning, a handful of cashews, twenty minutes and a slow-burning question: why does every premium nut on the shelf taste of salt and not much else?

Most flavoured nuts are processed at scale, coated in artificial seasoning, and built to survive a twelve-month sit on a supermarket shelf. They taste like an afterthought. I wanted nuts that actually taste of something — the kind you have to stop yourself reaching back into.

Nutistry is small-batch on purpose. Roasted in London, coated with real spice blends I'd cook with at home, and packed fresh because shelf life shouldn't be the headline. If something tastes off, I'll hear about it the same week — and I want to.
