14-day returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from receiving your order to return it for a full refund — no reason needed.

To be eligible, items must be unopened and in their original sealed condition. Food items that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene and food safety reasons.

How to return

  1. Email us at hello@nutistry.co.uk with your order number and the items you want to return.
  2. We'll confirm by email and provide the return address.
  3. Send the items back within 14 days of your notification. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or not as described.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process a refund within 14 days via your original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, contact us at hello@nutistry.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. Please include a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.

Refund timelines

Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your return. Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
